I'm excited to have been behind the menu for Cure, echoing early American colonial styles, and techniques of cooking and preserving foods that I have learned over the years. Cure takes its name from the process of curing various foods, Wines, and cheeses. The process involves preparing foods by taking it from one state to another state and preserving it.
